1.PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS
The leasing contract is signed between the Client and  Rent Tech Car Rentals Albania, hereby called “The Company”. The Client should submit at the rental desk, at the moment of the pick up all the necessary
documents such as; 1. Passport or ID, 2. Valid driving license - Eligible driving age is 21 – 75 years old, minimum 2 years of driving experience. An International Driving Permit is required for drivers from outside the
European Union. 3. Valid Credit Card, under the name of the main driver, with enough available funds. Only Visa and/or Mastercard will be accepted. No prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards – or any card on which
the relevant characters are not embossed will be accepted, no Visa Dankort will be accepted. 4. Voucher, the Client is obliged to present the relevant voucher to the counter desk at the moment of the rental procedure.
2. CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE
Prior to signing the Contract, the Client must witness every visible vehicle damages and confirm that the vehicle is in sound and safe condition. The maximum time the Client can make any claim is 10 minutes after
leaving the pick-up location. Otherwise he will be charged for any additional damage not reflected in this contract. The contract must be signed “Returning OK” at the designated box, after the rental termination,
otherwise the Company is allowed to charge the Client Credit Card for the eventual damages during the rental period. In this event an administration charge as well as an immobilization charge will be applied. This
charge is calculated against the car group and the number of repair days.
3. RENTAL PERIOD
The Client agrees to return the vehicle after completed the rental period as agreed in the contract.As rental period will be accepted only the PICK UP/DROP OFF DATE AND TIME. The leasing contract is divided in 24
hours period. In the case the client decides to keep the vehicle longer than specified, he should notify the company within 72 hours before drop off. Up to 1 hour delay no extra charge is applied, more than 1 hour
delay, 100% of the following rental period, calculatedagainst market value for the missing profit, will be charged. There is no refund applicable in case of early returning. If changes in pick up and drop off location,
without a prior, written notification occur the company is eligible to incur a Penalty and extra charges may be applied.
4.PAYMENTS
The company accepts cash or Credit Card payments. In case of Credit Card payments the Company is responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Card information.
5. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)/SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Client agrees to a CDW excess of 600 – 1200 euro that covers any bodywork damages and the most the client will pay is the excess damage. This CDW is valid only if the Client sticks to the Terms and Conditions
of this Contract. However the CDM does not cover damages of: Windows, Wheels, Interior and undercarriage; Toll and Police Fine charges, Towing charges; Extension of rental days; Child seats, GPS and Wi-Fi
devices, Personal belongings; Any damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Any other damage occurred because of careless driving, Missing fuels, refueling errors, Valeting/cleaning fee. An
additional security deposits of 240 – 500 euro will be required at the rental desk regarding the above-mentioned damages or events.
In the absence of any bodywork damage, the CDW excess shall be credited and shall be returnedto the Client within 21 working days. The security deposit instead will be released only after the company will confirm
that none of the above-mentioned damages covered by this deposit is done to the vehicle. *If the client has incurred any charges, such as speeding tickets or unpaid congestion/toll charges, if the Company finds out
that the car has been driven carelessly, off road,in unpaved roads or out of the border of Albania without the Company authorization, after the termination of the Contract, the Company has the right to charge the client
more than the secured deposit. This could be months after the rental – and the client will have to pay the related charges as well as the company’s administration fees. Due to fluctuating foreign exchange rates and
other possible banking charges, the Company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded.
5.1FDW (FULL DAMAGE WAIVER)
The company offers 2 types of FDW insurance at an extra cost, to be paid locally. The coverage of this insurance will be explained to the Client at the rental desk at the moment of the Pickup. If any of the covering
packages will be purchased the client will be equipped with the proper voucher.
IN ANY CASE OF ACCIDENTS/COLLISIONS OR DAMAGES THE POLICE REPORT IS MANDATORY!
6. FUEL
The Company agrees to supply the vehicle with a full tank fuel. The Client agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition. The missing fuel shall be charged at an extra cost of 2.2 Euro/Liter, VAT excluded and an
administrative cost of 10 Euro, VAT excluded will be applied. The gas station approved by the company is “Alpet & Tea Oil Group” shpk.
7.ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND EXCLUSIONS
The client is responsible for any charges and fines, including tolls, congestion charges, speeding tickets and parking or traffic fines and an extra administrative cost of 10 euro, VAT excluded will be applied. The
vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle or trailer, for any illegal purpose, shall not be operated by any other person other than the ones stated by this Contract. The vehicle shall not be driven off
road, in unpaved road. Every vehicle is equipped witha GPS system and any violation will be charged up to 150 Euro, VAT excluded. Smoking inside the car is prohibited and the valeting charge is 50 Euro, VAT
excluded. In case of Key loss or badly damaged, the Client will be charged 350 Euro VAT excluded. In case of vehicle plate loss and document loss the client will be obliged to pay 30 additional rental days. In case of
GPS loss the driver will be charged 200 Euro, Vat excluded.
8. CROSS BORDER
The Client can drive the vehicle outside of the territory of the Republic of Albania only with Company Cross Border Authorization, with a prior notification of 7 days before the pickup. Out of the border fee is 48 Euro per
full rental, VAT included. Violating charge is 100 Euro, VAT excluded. The Company offers a Border Full Casco and Road Assistant voucher which cover 24 hour road assistance outside the Albanian Territory in case of
accidents. This coverage is not included in the FDW so if the client is covered only by FDW and not the Border Full Casco and Road Assistance he needs to bring the car up to the border of Albania
9. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
The company provides 24 hours of roadside assistance services related to vehicle breakdown, within the Territory of Albania. In case the company verifies that the car was damaged in not asphalted road, it will not be
considered as a breakdown event. Therefore charges will beapplied. Except for breakdown events any other road service will be charged upon request, 0.8 euro/km, VAT excluded, 50 euro administration fee, VAT
excluded plus repair cost. In case of severe damages and towing truck will be needed the charge is 1.2 euro/km VAT excluded and 50 euro administration fee VAT excluded. In case you have purchased our Happy
Relax Cover Plus the company will provide this services out of charge.
10.OUT OF OFFICIAL WORKING HOURS
The Company official working hours are from 08:00 – 21:00. For out of hours deliveries or collections it will be applied an extra charge of 20 Euro, VAT excluded. The Company will take pictures of the vehicle and
check it out during official working hours. If the car is not returned under the same conditions as it was taken, the company will charge the value of the damage and the administrative cost from the Client Credit
Card. The Company is obliged to send to the Cooperator or to the Client on this regard: Pictures of the damaged area, Rental Agreement,
Damage Report, Invoice of the charged value.

11.END OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract expires when the client returns the vehicle, keys and documents to the Company office. In case of an accident the contract expires when the customer submits the completed Police Report. In case
the vehicle will be blocked by the authorities due to involvement in an accident the contracts expires when the vehicle will be released. The release period will be considered as rental period and therefore will
be charged accordingly.
